We are so excited to announce that bookings are now open for our Summer holiday camps. We will spend the weeks learning the three key skills of musical theatre - singing, dancing and acting. Along with lots of confidence building exercises and games, and arts and crafts, we will work towards a performance that parents and guardians are invited to at the end of each weekly course. Each week we will learn different material, so if you are planning to book your children in for more than one week, they will not repeat the same thing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE WEEK:
Please note that we are unable to store buggies/ scooters/ bikes. Please kindly refrain from leaving them unless absolutely necessary, we have a lot of children throughout the week so are unable to store these items.
Please note, this is a drop off camp. We kindly ask that you to drop your child off with the teachers at the door. We have a lot of staff and can accommodate for any child who is finding it slightly harder to settle.
Timings:
FULL DAY BOOKINGS-
The day starts at 9.30am but we will open the doors at 9.15am. Pick up is at 3.30pm. Please pack a snack, lunch and water for your child. NO NUTS please.
MORNING (HALF DAY) SESSION BOOKINGS-
The day starts at 9.30am but we will open the doors at 9.15am. Pick up is at 12.30pm. Please pack a snack and water for your child. NOT NUTS please.
AFTERNOON (HALF DAY) SESSION BOOKINGS-
Please drop off at 12.30pm for the afternoon session. Pick up is at 3.30pm. Your child is welcome to bring a packed lunch as they will arrive when the other children are eating. NOT NUTS please.
Location:
The camp is taking place at our lovely bespoke venue at 204a Blythe Road, W14 0HH.
We are the navy blue building with the pink door and a member of staff will be there to sign your child in upon arrival.
Food and allergies:
Please send the children with a packed lunch and plenty of snacks for throughout the day, please also make sure they have a water bottle.
If you have requested a morning half day with pick up at 12.30pm, your child only needs one snack.
If your child is joining at 12.30pm for the afternoon session, your child is welcome to bring a packed lunch as they will arrived when the other children are eating.
I have all of your child's details on the new system as you filled them out upon booking but if you haven't already PLEASE LET ME KNOW NOW OF ANY FOOD ALLERGIES THAT YOUR CHILD HAS IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, THE CAMP IS A NUT FREE ZONE, PLEASE NO NUTS IN SNACKS OR LUNCH AND BE VIGILANT TO CHECK IF ANY SNACKS CONTAIN NUTS. I have not been made aware by anyone that anything else has to be banned from other children's lunches and snacks, please let me know if there is anything that your children cannot be around and that I need to inform other parents to not pack.
What to wear:
Please ensure that the children are in comfy clothes that they are able to move in. We have an outdoor play area and we will take the children outside during the day for fresh air. The garden is shaded but please apply suncream to your child/children if required. For the little ones, please pack spare clothes in case of any accidents.
Parents and guardians WhatsApp group and photo consent:
I have clearly marked on the register if you have not consented your child to be included in any photos that may appear on Eliza’s Theatre Academy’s social media and marketing. I am going to make a parents/guardians WhatsApp group using the phone numbers you provided upon booking. This is to update your throughout the day and send you pictures and videos to see what we are up to. If you do not wish to be in the WhatsApp group/ don’t want you child being involved in the updates please let me know.
Show time on Friday:
You are invited on Friday to watch a little performance to see what we have been working on. We will confirm exact timings of the show during the course of the week, but I can confirm it will be starting from about 3pm on then Friday of each camp.
